Jed Randall enlisted in the navy in August of 2001. This was just a month before the September 11^th deadly attack on our nation. Two weeks later he began training bootcamp and finished impressively in the top 10% of his division. Next, he was stationed at Naval Air Station Oceana and served aboard an aircraft carrier. Jed worked on the ejection seats of fighter jets until he finished serving in 2005.

In 2005 he started working for his father’s resort sales company in Orlando, Florida until he changed his career path. He came across a “help wanted” sign for a construction company. Although Jed had no experience and no tools, the foreman was impressed by his honesty and willingness to learn and hired him. As a handyman for property maintenance he enjoyed the people he met and the work. However, the hours weren’t enough so he decided to start a new chapter.     

Jed started his own company in 2013. For the first two years, the strategy of him and his team was to knock on doors, make introductions, and start with exterior projects. By developing relationships and trust with customers the company then moved to interior projects.

Problem solving and strong communication is first and foremost for the team. They believe in developing a strong rapport with account managers. The company prides itself on finding cost-effective solutions and being available with a response right away.
